Chhay Lem Lim
Founder of Serey
Chhay Lem Lim founded Serey with the vision of creating a more flexible and accessible publishing infrastructure for the digital world.
Starting in Cambodia, he recognized the need for a platform where creators and organizations could easily build and manage their own online presence without technical barriers. This vision has since expanded into building Serey as a global platform.
Chhay works closely with the development team and partners, focusing on product development, strategy, and international growth.
